Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Propfident governing your use of propfident.online, its web application, calculators, analytics, playbooks, account areas, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Propfident. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws, regulations, and proprietary-firm rules applicable to you. We may refuse or limit access where use is prohibited by law.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass authentication, or create accounts for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Propfident and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interface, branding, documentation, content, models, algorithms, and trade materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own lawful trading analysis. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a one-time purchase, subscription, or other paid entitlement. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, and included features are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Whop or another payment provider, and you authorize the provider to charge the selected payment method.

Digital access may begin immediately after successful payment. Unless a refund right is required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, digital purchases are final. We may change pricing or discontinue paid features prospectively with reasonable notice. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and for cancelling recurring services before the next billing period.

6. No Financial Advice and Prop Trading Risk Warning

Propfident provides software, analytics, and educational information, not financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice. Nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an instrument, enter a trade, or pursue a particular proprietary-firm evaluation.

Trading and prop-firm evaluations involve substantial risk, including loss of fees, account termination, leverage losses, slippage, spread changes, outages, data errors, and rule changes. Calculators and analytics are estimates and may not reflect live broker, firm, or market conditions. You must independently verify every value and follow your firm's current rules. You are solely responsible for decisions and results.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Breaking laws, regulations, sanctions, third-party terms, or proprietary-firm rules.
• Interfering with service availability, probing security, introducing malware, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Scraping, crawling, bulk exporting, reverse engineering, or using automated tools without permission.
• Reselling access, sharing credentials, copying protected content, or misrepresenting Propfident.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious, or sensitive information that you are not authorized to provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propfident and its founders, affiliates, vendors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, trading losses, account breaches, lost data, or service interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Propfident for the applicable service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable an account if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, or used the service unlawfully. Termination does not remove provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, payment obligations, and dispute provisions.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Propfident is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in that location will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
